1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused and Unopened: Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact (due to hygiene reasons for soap products).
Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping (Important)
Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs from your location to our facility in Bangkok, Thailand.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full replacement.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (PayPal/Credit Card).
Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing time.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as personalized products or items sold during a "Final Sale" event. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
